Manages the entire end-to-end operation for our bus, flight, ferry, hotel, car rental, and IMS products, as well as our administrative affairs and procurement processes.

Customer Experience

Provides after-sales customer service by processing cancellation, refund and change requests for customers who purchase services through the website and mobile application.

Finance

Carries out all accounting processes, cash management, reporting and oversees financial processes with third parties, primarily banks.

Human Resources

Manages the employee experience throughout Obilet’s growth journey and ensures that all HR-related processes, such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Internal Communication, Employee Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employer Branding are effectively designed, implemented and continuously improved.

Marketing

Drives awareness and boosts Obilet’s sales by engaging more users through social media, blogs and both online & offline advertising campaigns.

Strategy

Provides senior management with strategic insights, conducts modelling and analysis studies, manages public and media relations through the coordination of corporate projects.

Technology

Continuously develops code to enhance our website and apps, ensuring smooth performance. Our technology department is divided into Software Development, Mobile Development, QA, Product, Design and IT teams.
