As the undisputed market leader in Turkey across both B2B and B2C segments, the platform supports bus carriers with its best-in-class SaaS Inventory Management System (IMS), attracts 25 million monthly visitors, and boasts 15 million app downloads.

Projected to mediate over 50 million transactions in 2025, Obilet is expanding internationally to become one of the largest global players in the travel tech industry.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support strategic and corporate-level projects through industry and competitor analysis, and contribute to initiatives such as KPI coordination, RPA projects, government incentive applications, and international go-to-market plans.

  • Provide support in RPA projects by contributing to process analysis, documentation, and assisting in monitoring and error-tracking workflows after automation go-live.

  • Assist in KPI coordination processes, including timeline follow-ups, data consolidation, and communication with relevant departments.

  • Support the preparation and editing of board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, press releases, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication materials.

  • Support public affairs and government relations processes, including coordination with institutions and follow-up of related documentation and reporting requirements.

  • Prepare or edit board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, press releases, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication materials.

  • Review and classify legal documents into thematic categories based on content analysis to ensure structured data organization.

  • Collaborate closely with teams reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to ensure strategic objectives are effectively translated into operational execution.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Third- or fourth-year undergraduate students in relevant departments (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) at universities

  • Highly responsible and attentive to details

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets & Microsoft Office Programs

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Minimum 3 or 4 days attendance in a week

  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership

  • Excellent command of Turkish and English, including flawless writing and grammar skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
