Main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring AI integrations with CRM systems, call center software, and digital platforms

  • Analyzing customer interaction data (call center records, chatbot logs, survey data, social media comments, etc.) to build models

  • Leading the implementation of AI solutions such as chatbots and virtual assistants, collaborating closely with technical teams for integrations

  • Designing AI - human interactions (triggers, routing rules, confidence thresholds) aligned with brand voice, privacy, and ethical standards

  • Analyzing customer journeys in line with CX strategies and creating improvement opportunities using AI

  • Collaborating with business and technology teams to translate CX goals into technical solutions

  • Measuring and reporting the impact of AI applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, etc.) on customer interactions

  • Continuously testing and refining AI tools using real customer data, quickly resolving issues to ensure smooth operations

  • Managing relationships with AI vendors, consultants, and external partners to maximize value from collaborations

  • Analyzing the contribution of AI solutions to CX KPIs such as self-service rate, automation success, resolution time, customer experience scores

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering departments

  • Min. 1 year of previous experience with customer experince projects are nice to have

  • Previous experience with AI projects, hackathons, or personal AI experiments is a strong plus

  • Strong command of English to effectively follow technical literature

  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
