Main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and resolving technical support requests from customers.
  • Analyzing customer issues and escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into product development processes.
  • Prioritizing the incoming problems, investigating and identifying their source.
  • Monitoring and responding to error requests outside of working hours

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in C#, Asp.Net MVC, Asp.Net Web Api
  • Experience with tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger etc.,
  • Experience in XML Soap Web Services, RESTful Services
  • Good knowledge of T/SQL and MSSQL Server
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Entity Framework and/or Dapper ORMs
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Kibana
  • Knowledge of using version control systems (preferably Git)
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and debugging skills
  • Customer-oriented and effective communication skills
  • Strong English skills to follow the technical literature is a plus
