Job description, founded in 2012, is an end-to-end travel ticketing application listing hundreds of bus operators, airlines and ferry companies. Obilet also provides bus operators with a best-in-class Inventory Management System (IMS) in the form of SaaS.

Obilet is the indisputable market leader in Turkey across both B2B and B2C segments with 400 bus carriers using its IMS software, 25 million monthly visitors, and 15 million app downloads.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (including headhunting, screening, scheduling and guiding candidates from application to hire)
  • Understand position requirements, create job descriptions and job adds
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for all positions while optimizing time to hire
  • Conduct phone interviews and job interviews with a charming journey for candidates
  • Source and recruit candidates by using whole candidate pools (headhunting, career platforms, universities career pages etc)
  • Manage referral programs
  • Manage all data in ATS (we use Recruitee)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • To take accountability for all recruitment process
  • Follow up HR recruiting best practices
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide recruiting metrics to hiring managers
  • Contribute the recruitment strategy
  • Take active role various recruitment projects

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Min 3+ years of recruitment experience (CX, Operation, Finance etc.) with strong recruitment passion
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets & Microsoft Office Programs
  • Good command of English
  • Outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Innovative solutions for candidate resource and database
  • Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools and practices
  • Data driven and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
  • Good planning, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organizing skills
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn & result oriented
