Project Manager

Obilet.com, founded in 2012, is an end-to-end travel ticketing application listing hundreds of bus carriers, airlines and ferry companies. Obilet also provides bus operators with a best-in-class Inventory Management System (IMS) in the form of SaaS.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Research requested projects, analyze, guide, and monitor
• Research best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Analyze and check the feasibility of shared projects
• Analyze processes and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Position the projects to be done / not to be done
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Plan and monitor current projects/features with relevant stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, and tools
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify various project elements
• Prepare project status reports and keeps management up to date
  

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (preferably engineering faculties)
• 4-5 years of experience
• Experienced in project management
• E-commerce/technology sector experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets & Microsoft Office Programs
• Fluency in English both written and oral
• Problem solver, and proactive thinker with decision-making ability
• Data driven and strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
